What are "automotive business services"? Automotive business services are activities that benefit companies without creating or supplying their own branded or physical products. Industry businesses rely on service providers like ours to help implement, improve, or fix almost any aspect of business operations, such as: Digital marketing services Human Resources management Recruiting, hiring, and new employee onboarding processes Product, service, or part development Shipping & receiving department optimization Employee performance coaching Creating new business strategies E-Commerce marketplace set-up Website building & maintenance Operational reporting and auditing Customer service management & enhancement Workplace or project safety Brand or company logo & graphic design Social media outreach & online reputation management Reducing overhead costs Increasing revenue and identifying new sales opportunities Maximizing profit margins We're responsible for improving a company's work environment and business processes, to help them increase sales, reduce expenses, and run more efficiently to maximize their productive potential. where do you perform your services? A majority of our services can be performed remotely, which is one of the greatest benefits for businesses when hiring us. It can be challenging to find qualified, talented employees when you're limited to hiring within a certain geographical area, especially for businesses that are located in small towns or cities with lower populations. Our main office is located in Virginia Beach, but we also have a variety of automotive professionals all around the country that we regularly bring on to help us with certain projects or contracts in need of their unique talents and abilities. However, we are available (and often requested) to travel to our clients' locations to perform certain services and tasks on-site. Some assignments require the ability to observe processes or problems first-hand in order to determine the best way to resolve them. For example: Gain more accurate insight when there are office conflicts or high employee turnover rates due to hostile work environments To directly demonstrate updated, efficient business policies and department procedures Perform performance reviews, assist employees with productivity goals, or provide individual skill coaching Taking photographs or videos of business products and services to create marketing content, website graphics, printed promotional items Participate in routine meetings or group discussions within departments to help identify or suggest operation improvements Interview staff or management to acquire different viewpoints about department strengths or weaknesses that need to be addressed Analyze workplace conditions, hazards, safety concerns, and verify OSHA guidelines are being followed prior to an incident or fine Implement employee appreciation programs, attend celebrations, and offer rewards for reaching productivity goals or metrics Even just routine check-ins to make sure there aren't any small inefficiencies or overlooked obstacles that could cause future problems for the business when are your work hours for client projects? Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm EST, but it's not uncommon for some tasks to carry over into the weekend - like setting up holiday sales or promotional discounts for businesses selling parts or products online. Most clients work within office hours similar to ours, though some may be located in states with time several hours ahead or behind us. This involves a little more time management and advanced planning for scheduling conference calls and video chats, but we're all basically time-zone-pro's at this point thanks to a very diverse history of clients on both the east and west coasts. The services we offer do require a written contract agreement and set term length - which is predetermined and agreed upon by both parties. Our most common contract lengths are 6 and 12 months, depending on the services requested. A majority of our services cannot be executed overnight and expected to produce immediate results - most services involve small changes or adjustments over an extended period of time. This policy prevents any major disruptions to the day-to-day operations within a business, avoiding any unnecessary risk to revenue or potential profits as a result of changing things too suddenly. The contract also protects the interests of both parties by clearly defining the responsibilities and obligations of both the client and the service provider - outlining the services, deliverables, and turnaround time for the project(s) to be completed; preventing any misunderstandings between either side. why should I hire your company? Even if your business isn't experiencing operation delays, poor performance, declining productivity, and you're enjoying a healthy office culture with a drama-free work environment (please call us if all of those apply to you, we'd love to learn how you made it happen! ), there is always an opportunity to grow and improve. Learning to adapt is essential to evolve. Experience helps us adapt and overcome challenges, survive elements, prevent injury, face danger, etc. It has helped the automotive industry make things faster, reliable, safer, affordable, efficient, improved in every way. Even after Edison invented the light bulb, it was far from being the voice-controlled, energy efficient, 16-million-color bulb being used in my desk lamp. The foundation of our business culminates from working with a wide assortment of clients and the many different ways they run their individual businesses. Our background is a culmination of various methods, processes, procedures, systems, approaches, discoveries, mistakes, successes, and designs obtained from brilliant, innovative, resourceful, and talented industry leaders that we've had the great fortune of working with over the last few decades. We have the ability to help you skip common methods of trial-and-error problem solving; saving you time, money, and priceless resources that our post-COVID economy has no mercy for. how much do your services cost? We customize our service prices based on the individual needs of each client and their project time requirements. Once we've had the opportunity to evaluate your business, we custom-build your proposal based on our professional recommendation for the services that will fulfill exactly what your company needs. We have several pricing models tailored to the different types of assistance we offer: Hourly service rate Individual project fixed rate Monthly retainer rate As we operate on fixed rate contracts, we require payment prior to providing services - so our most common payment methods are monthly bank transfers, or single payment of the total contract amount prior upon signing. We are happy to provide you with a variety of pricing levels to allow you to determine what tasks are more of a priority, and which services are less of a concern for your available budget.
