• ​We create and maintain individual job listings on multiple online resources, review applicant resumés, conduct open position interviews within EEOC guidelines, and implement/oversee new-hire onboarding procedures
   

Workplace Behavior

• Establish proper format and execution of corrective action processes, enforce business policy compliance, perform disciplinary counseling, & execute termination protocols per Unemployment Commission guidelines
   

Job Training & Retention

• We will train your new & existing employees within their existing job descriptions, company policies/guidelines, & execute routinely scheduled follow-ups to ensure policy retention by each individual staff member
   

Standard Operating Procedures

• We will publish or improve Standard Operating Procedures for all jobs and department tasks, record them in digital formats for easy sharing and future updates
   

Accountability

• We will direct and assist department supervisors with their individual employees training and individual accountability of their job performance
   

Department Scheduling

• We can assist or create staff schedules per needs of the business, also provide management of any time-off requests or schedule adjustments
   

Conflict Resolution

• We will act to address and resolve any employee conflicts, oversee employee attendance, track and manage absences per company policy
   

OSHA Guidelines

• We will perform regular examinations of workplace safety conditions, remove hazards in a timely manner, and report any accidents per OSHA standards & requirements
   

Performance Coaching

• We will establish and perform routine employee performance coaching sessions to maintain or promote high standards of job performance in addition to & conducting any necessary re-skilling contingencies
