You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Jaxness strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. To return your purchase, place the item with original tags securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Refunds:
